Install split insert carrier onto soldered insulator, ensuring carrier slots align perfectly with insulator subassembly
Position collet on cable, making sure collet heave mates with split insert carrier slot
Insert insulator subassembly, split insert carrier, and collet into outer shell in sequence, ensuring proper alignment
Tighten collet nut securely
Attach sleeve to corresponding step of collet nut
