Position the split insert carrier onto the soldered insulator, ensuring the carrier slot aligns perfectly with the insulator subassembly ridge
Place the collet on the cable's correct position, verifying the collet ridge mates with the split insert carrier slot
Insert the insulator subassembly, split insert carrier, and collet into the outer shell in sequence, confirming the split insert carrier ridge aligns with the outer shell slot
Tighten the collet nut securely
Secure the sleeve to the corresponding step of the collet nut
